During this discussion, we’ll look at a typical day in a modern practice—from morning to evening—and how technologies such as 3D printers and intraoral scanners can transform the daily routine from tedious and time-consuming tasks to simple and streamlined operations that drive patient satisfaction while preserving our own quality of life.

Dr. Naren Rajan brings over 20 years of experience to a full-time general practice in Mendham, NJ focused on restorative, implant, and esthetic dentistry. He graduated from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine with OKU honors and received his fellowship in the AGD. Dr. Rajan has trained at both Spear Education and the LD Pankey Institute and has been involved with digital techniques since 2007. He is Assistant Director of Digital Dentistry at the Touro College of Dental Medicine. His current focus is incorporating digital workflow into practice and he has lectured nationally and internationally on the topic for major dental companies including 3shape, Straumann as well as private study clubs.
