Jill is a 30-year (+) veteran of the clinical dental hygiene arena, who specialized in patient motivation and chairside verbal skills and is a leading OSHA and HIPAA dental compliance expert. For the past several years of her career, Jill has been a compliance researcher, product developer, and OSHA, GHS, and HIPAA training specialist. She is an internationally published writer and educator for several top-industry manufacturers, including Pro-Dentec, Capital One, Water Pik Technologies, 3M ESPE, and P&G. She is the founder of DentalEnhancements.com (now HealthFirst OSHA and HIPAA Compliance), a nationwide web-based education company specializing in OSHA and HIPAA training.

Katie is an accomplished OSHA and HIPAA educator and evaluator, with past experience managing a Minnesota-based (40+ location) group dental practice. She has completed a rigorous 700-hour OSHA and HIPAA training and testing curriculum through the American Academy of Dental OSHA Compliance Specialists and participates in 4,500 hours of annual OSHA and HIPAA training on new laws, updates, and strategic planning to implement into existing programs. Katie has been an active OSAP member since 2019 and holds its esteemed Dale Foundation Dental Infection and Control Certification.
