With over 15 years in healthcare technology and payer operations, Matthew Bernier has driven product innovation across leading healthcare organizations. He previously served as Product Lead at Inmediata, delivering Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services to payers like Humana. His career includes product roles at McKesson, Centene, and Elevance Health, where he honed deep expertise in payer-provider dynamics, claims processing, and the evolving healthcare tech landscape.

 In 2023, Matthew joined Rectangle Health to lead the optimization of Bridge® Payments, the company’s best-in-class payments platform. Today, as Director of Product Management, he oversees agile teams focused on building high-impact integrations and functionality spanning patient payments, engagement, and compliance.

Matthew played a pivotal role in the development of PayerSync, Rectangle Health’s latest innovation designed to accelerate insurance payments and redefine payer-provider workflows.
