Duane C. Keller DMD graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1976. He maintains a successful private practice in St. Louis, MO with an emphasis on TMD patients in chronic pain. Dr. Keller is an Academy of General Dentistry Fellow, served eight years as the Chairperson for the IAO Education Committee, and currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer for Perio Protect LLC.
